Join us for a vibrant, inclusive day of rhythm and movement led by Thierno Bangoura from Guinea.

Each rhythm tells a story — first you’ll learn to play it, then you’ll move to it! Whether you’re brand new or experienced, this day is about joy, connection, and community.

Come for one session or both — everyone’s welcome!
